Privacy Policy

At Rylovent S.A. we understand that privacy is not a legal checkbox: it is the foundation of the trust of everyone taking part in our projects. This document describes how we handle your information when you use rylovent.com or fill in the contact form, in compliance with the Argentine Personal Data Protection Act (Law 25.326) and the 2026 guidelines of the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Rylovent S.A., Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71829456-3, with registered office at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. You can reach us at privacidad@rylovent.com for any question related to this document.
2. What information we collect
We collect only what you voluntarily give us through the contact form: name, email address and the content of your message. Additionally, if you gave consent through the cookie banner, we may receive aggregated technical information about site usage (pages visited, device type, language).
3. Why we use your information
Your data is used to respond to your enquiry, keep you informed about projects that may interest you and improve the site. We do not use it for automated decision-making and we do not cross-match it with profiles bought from third parties.
4. Legal basis for processing
Processing is based on your free, express and informed consent (article 5 of Law 25.326), on the legitimate interest of answering commercial enquiries and, where applicable, on legal obligations (for instance, fraud prevention or judicial requirements).
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell or transfer your data. We may rely on infrastructure providers (hosting, transactional email, web measurement) acting as data processors under contract. Google acts as a measurement and advertising provider only if you accepted the corresponding categories in the cookie banner.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep form messages for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer term. Anonymised technical data is retained for up to 14 months. Once the term expires, the information is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
You can access, rectify, update or erase your data and object to certain processing activities by writing to privacidad@rylovent.com. You can also file complaints with the Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP), Av. Pte. Julio A. Roca 710, Floor 3, CABA.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (encryption in transit, access control, periodic reviews) to protect your information. No system is infallible: if you detect an issue, contact us and we will address it as a priority.
9. International transfers
Some of our providers process data outside Argentina. In those cases we require contractual clauses ensuring a level of protection equivalent to that provided by local regulations.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this document to reflect regulatory or service changes. When the change is substantial, we will announce it on the site and, if we have your email, we will communicate it to you.
